Amateur radio in West Sussex - Training, Exams, Contests and Special Event Stations

Weekly Bulletin – July 29 2018

WADARC meets at – Lions Hall, 21 Roberts Road, Lancing. BN15 8AR.

THE PAST WEEK

No direct report from the Worthing Fire Station Event crew, but rumour has it that the event went fairly well, apart from two guys on the marquee being cut over-night by some ill-intentioned pillock.

Last Wednesday’s Fox Hunt was quite well attended, with Roger – G7VBR acting as Fox, somewhere close to the Lancing/Sompting Cemetery. First to find the fox was Dorian, 2E0FSI followed by all others who took part – Roger, G4TNT/Vic, G8MUQ – Ian, M0IAD/Alex, 2E0UMD – George, G0UCF/XYL. The rest of us kept tabs on things, from Lions Hall.
