WADARC meets at – TS Vanguard, 9a Broadwater Road, Worthing. BN14 8AD

THE PAST WEEK

Last Tuesday was a Tea and Chat evening with some members investigating antenna replacement and moving poles. All looks doable and crawling boards have been ordered, to allow safe access to some parts of the roof. Further work will be carried out in the very near future.

Saturday was the Worthing Fire Service Open Day and a small team of volunteers headed by Pete, G4LKW setup a station on 40 metres using the callsign GB3WFB. At this time it’s not known how many QSOs were logged, but thanks to Ed, Roger and Bryan for helping Pete out.

Please note that this coming Tuesday’s meeting is on Chantry Hill, Storrington with an early start at 7.30pm. Tea and cake will be provided, so you MUST bring your own MUG for tea!
